These statistics are against the Members collections. This shows (for example) the top Actor collected. If you click on that Actor you will see all the movies that Actor has a credit for, not just the movies that Members have collected. So the number of movies shown for an Actor will be much larger (most likely) than the collected number of Discs in accumulated Members collections. Once you login, click on "My Crate" and you can see the same set of Statistics, but only for your collection.
